Lawrence Plans Energy Efficiency Program Blog News 11/02/2016 Tweet The city of Lawrence is planning an energy efficiency program to save energy, money and address facility improvement needs. This program will include projects in 25 city buildings, parks and facilities. It will upgrade lighting, heating, cooling, windows and roofing systems. The project will also replace outdated streetlights around the city. The planning committee will take the full $12.5 million plan to the City Commission for approval in January.
