City Commission Approves Reducing Incentives for East Lawrence Project Blog 11/02/2016 Tweet At the City Commission meeting last night, commissioners approved reduced incentives for the East Lawrence project. The commissioners voted to still provide some public incentives, but reduced the tax increment financing package from the proposed 85 percent to 50 percent.
