Jackson Chooses KU over Michigan State and Arizona

Josh Jackson has officially announced today that he will be spending his college career in Lawrence, Kansas. The Michigan native is currently playing his high school career at Prolific Prep in Napa Valley, California.

Jackson is the third ranked player on ESPN’s top 100 for the class of 2016 and is a 6’7” wing player. Jackson averaged 27 points, 13 rebounds and six assists per game in his senior outing.

He joins KU’s 2016 recruiting class, which already has another five-star recruit Udoka Azubuike, and four-star recruit Mitch Lightfoot. Jackson is also ranked as #2 small forward in this recruiting class, while Azubuike is #4 center, and Lightfoot is #16 power forward.

The KU recruit announced his selection over twitter on Tuesday and selected KU over Arizona, and Michigan State.
