Although the Jayhawks did not do well on offense, KU ended up with a victory against Davidson after the Wildcats missed their last second 3-pointer. The guest, Courtney Johnston, talked about her experience in Detroit while watching the Jayhawks advance to the Final Four. KU will be playing the North Carolina Tarheels on Saturday night at approximately 7:47 p.m in San Antonio. The Tarheels are coached by former KU coach Roy Williams, so the game is a dream come true for Jayhawk fans.

After Mario's "Miracle Shot" sent the Jayhawks into overtime with the Memphis Tigers, KU ended up winning the NCAA National Championship 75-68. The football team had their spring scrimmage last night with 10,000 fans in attendance. Club swimmer, Ali Erikson, talked about her experiences on the KU club swim team. The golf teams head to the Big 12 Championship April 25-27. Baseball sweeped Texas Tech his weekend, while the softball team topped Texas in both games of the doubleheader. The tennis team had a disappointing loss to Texas A&M 6-1, but are looking to beat Nebraska and Iowa State at home this weekend.

Quarterback Todd Reesing's production has been erratic this season. The KU defense needs to play hard against Texas Tech in order to restore the fan's faith in the team's chances for the rest of the year. KU Tennis freshmen may be young, but they are showing talent and hard work this season. Football has lost 5 straight games, and look to play a tough Texas team this weekend. With recent news about Mark Mangino, the KU football program as a whole is not looking too good. However, Men's and Women's basketball both started off their season with victories, yet face their first real challange this week versus Memphis and Iowa, respectively.
