The football and basketball team have three incidents over the last two days. KU men's basketball's starting guard, Tyshawn Taylor suffers a dislocated thumb and apologizes for his actions. Head football coach, Mark Mangino and team captain, Kerry Meier comment on the last few days.

Football Preview vs. Southern Miss

A preview of the Southern Miss game this weekend. This is KU's toughest non-conference opponent of the year until the bowl game.

Soccer, Volleyball, Swimming and Golf

The soccer team won both their games last weekend and moved up to 18 in the rankings. The volleyball team rebounds with a big win versus OU at home in five sets. The swim team welcomed home the alumni in a competitive meet. The men's golf team finishes 2nd at the Kansas State Invitational, with Nate Barbee leading the way.
