Kansas played its last Big 12 game of the season, falling to Kansas State again, this time a 72-52 setback at Reunion Arean in Dallas for teh Big 12 Women's Basketball Tournament.
Next up for the Jayhawks they will wait to hear from the WNIT if Kansas will be in that championship field.

Three Kansas women's basketball seniors get one more chance at victory over Kansas State when the Jayhawks and Wildcats face off in the first round of the Big 12 Tournament at Reunion Arena in Dallas, Tuesday night.
Kansas has lost 10 consecutive games to Kansas State. Both teams are fighting for post-season play. Kansas State slightly qualifies for the NCAA Tournament by recording a conference record of 8-8. The Wildcats post-season resume could be improved with another win over the Jayhawks.
Kansas is looking for their first post-season birth since 2000. A win over their in-state rivals would improve their overall record to 17-11, increasing their chances at hosting the first rounds of the WNIT tournament.
The Jayhawks and Wildcats tip off at 6:00 p.m. tonight. The winner of that game will face No. 2 seeded Baylor at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday.
