After Saturday night's shootings outside The Granada, some Lawrence residents are blaming Doe, the headlining act, for encouraging violent behavior. But Doe is blaming The Granada for the lack of security at the event.
Lawrence roads are deteriorating and city officials said it is time to start rebuilding and repairing roads. A recent report shows approximately 32 percent of Lawrence streets need to be repaired. City council members hope reconstruction can begin this spring.
