Press conference kicks off Bowl game

Kansas football head coach, Mark Mangino and Houston football head coach, Art Briles along with selected athletes met with members of the press Thursday morning in Fort Worth, Texas.

Both coaches talked about their experience in Fort Worth, how their teams are shaping up and the opposition each team will face.

After the press conference, Barry Switzer was the keynote speaker at a joint team luncheon.

Thursday night, KU fans will gather in Sundance Square for a pep rally, followed by a post-pep rally at the Fox and Hound to watch the KU men's basketball team take on Northen Colorado at Allen Fieldhouse.
