The Kansas ticket office announced this afternoon that the Kansas-Nebraska football game on Saturday, Nov. 5, is officially sold out.

Kansas (4-4 overall, 1-4 Big 12 Conference) will face a daunting task against Nebraska: the Jayhawks have not beaten the Cornhuskers in their last 36 tries.

Kansas is coming off a 13-3 victory last week against Missouri in which the Jayhawks improved to 4-0 on the season at Memorial Stadium. Kansas will try to continue its success on the ground; senior running back Clark Green ran for 125 yards against Missouri last week.

The KU defense will look to stop Nebraska senior running back Cory Ross. Kansas is second in the nation in stopping the run, but Ross has run for a minuscule 69 yards combined in Nebraska's last two games.

Nebraska lost its last two games against Missouri and Oklahoma, dropping to 5-3 overall and 2-3 in the Big 12.

Kickoff is scheduled for noon on Saturday.
