Judge orders gag order in fire case

Douglas County District Judge Jack Murphy has imposed a gag order in the case of Jason Allen Rose.

The 20-year-old is accused of setting the Boardwalk apartment fire that killed three people last month.

The order bars police and prosecutors from talking publicly about the case to avoid jeopardizing Rose's right to a fair trial.

Rose's preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 22.
