No. 3 Kansas forward Carlton Bragg Jr. will be available to play in Monday night’s game against Kansas State at 8 p.m. after his suspension was lifted.
Bragg missed three previous games — against Kentucky, Baylor and Iowa St. — for violating team rules. He was granted diversion last Wednesday through the Lawrence Municipal Court following charges of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bragg was ordered to pay $63 in court fees and a $300 diversion fee. The six-month diversion agreement specifies that the case will be dismissed as long as Bragg follows the requirements. He can then petition to expunge the case after three years.
Bragg was previously suspended in December following charges of a misdemeanor battery. He missed one game and the suspension was lifted once the charge was dismissed.
The game is at 8 p.m. and will be televised on ESPN.
