Dana Osborn is the business owner and chef of the Breakfast Club, an all-vegan breakfast restaurant housed inside the Ecumenical Campus Ministries that opened this year.
Osborn spends every morning working side-by-side with her mother. The duo, who have over 40 years of culinary experience, serves baked goods and breakfast bowls at a low cost.
Osborn hopes to one day grow her business into a food truck. The Breakfast Club offers breakfast foods from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday.
