Students Experiencing Issues As Rental Season Approaches Blog News 04/29/2016 Tweet As apartment and house rental season approaches, many students have had issues arise with their rental properties. Student Legal Services said they see at least two students per day regarding problems with landlords or rental properties. Some common problems students run into are critter infestations and mold growth. Chief Litigation Attorney Bill Larzalere said students need to know their rights, and shoudl contact the Student Legal Services Department at Green Hall for a consultation, free of charge.
