Two Kansas City Schools on Lock Down for Gun Fire Blog News 03/30/2016 Tweet Two Kansas City, Kansas schools went into lockout after one was hit with gunfire. Mark Twain Elementary and Wyandotte High School went into lockout early this morning after gunshots were reported near by. The elementary school was hit by the gunfire but no one was injured. Both schools continued with classes but locked all outer doors allowing no one inside. Police are still looking for the shooter.
