KU Campus Security Reminds Students to Lock Their Doors

A string of burglaries has left Lewis Hall residents on alert. Over the past week, there have been six reported burglaries in Lewis Hall. Several of the thefts occurred while students were asleep in their dorm rooms.

Several hundred dollars, prescription medication and bicycles were among the items stolen.

KU public safety encourages students to double check their doors are locked at all times, even if your roommate says they locked the door.
